Laser drilling and machine drilling then create every hole and connection point with precision — laying the foundation for fast, accurate assembly later on.
Welding, grinding, finishing. Skilled welders fuse each frame into a solid, stable structure, while grinding and polishing smooth every surface to perfection. Parts then move through our powder coating curing production line, where a durable, even finish is baked on to protect the bed for years of daily use.
Panels with a perfect touch. Our wood grain transfer printing gives desk tops and panels a warm, natural look, while precision edge banding technology seals every edge cleanly and durably — the details students see and feel every day.
Checked, packed, stored, shipped. Finished beds are assembled and inspected, then showcased to clients in our showroom before protective packaging keeps them safe through warehousing and transport. Finally, every order is loaded and shipped on time — the moment a project in production becomes a project delivered.
